Hello there, I'm Quin.
I live for the thrill of discovery. Quiet museum corridors, a glass of Burgundy by candlelight, getting lost in a new city and finding the tiny restaurant with dim lighting and a bartender who somehow knows exactly what you need. With my svelte frame, long limbs and Bambi like grace I’m often asked if I've been a Ballerina. Yes and no, I spent more time climbing trees and mixing up an apothecary of goodies as a child than I did in dance but thankfully I've kept the flexibility and grace.
BEYOND THE FIRST IMPRESSION
I was fortunate to travel the world as a nanny from sun warmed mornings in Lisbon to London, Midnight ramen in Tokyo. To Late afternoons tucked away in luxurious hotel suites. Every place left me with something. A story. A flavor. A memory. A reason to return. I’ve never been particularly good at staying in one little box. I’m curious by nature and I tend to follow that curiosity wherever it takes me.
I’ve travelled, tried things simply because they sounded interesting, and collected far more stories than I probably intended to. I suppose that’s part of what made me appreciate how much there is to discover when you’re willing to wander a little further than expected. That curiosity never really left me. I’m drawn to history, architecture, art, exceptional food and cities that reward you for wandering.
I’ve never quite lived down the magic pixie dream girl trope. Perhaps that’s why I appreciate people who live full lives. People with opinions, strange little habits, stories worth telling and enough confidence to be completely themselves. I find confidence attractive when it doesn’t need an audience. Intelligence when it comes with humor. Sophistication without being pretentious. And there’s something particularly attractive about a man who can hold my attention over dinner without needing to fill every silence.
Perhaps the best part is what you can’t quite put into words.
What it feels like to sit across from me at dinner and catch me watching you when I think you aren’t looking. To laugh a little too loudly at our inside joke. To people watch while I subtly nudge you to glance across the room at the martini clad divorcees. To linger over the last drink because neither of us is quite ready to call it a night.
I like the little things. A hand resting briefly at my waist. Getting close enough that conversation becomes quieter. The warmth of someone beside me. That moment when the evening stops feeling like an occasion and starts feeling like something entirely our own.
I enjoy being seen. Felt. I love making someone feel wanted. Touched.
There’s something wonderfully indulgent about having nowhere else to be when you’re enjoying exactly where you are. Perhaps you’ll find yourself wondering what it would actually feel like to be with me.
I suppose its time I let you find out.
I have a feeling it’s worth finding out where it leads.
